Fried Plantain and Egg

I woke up to a beautiful breakfast - Fried plantain and egg prepared by my sister today. After eating it i realized that something was missing. Guess what it was? onion!


We are just scraping along, so the food was good enough for me.

How did she prepare it?

Ingredients:

Tomato

eggs

Ripe plantain

Vegetable oil 

How to fry the egg

Break the eggs in a bowl.

Add a pinch of salt.

Beat the egg.

Put on your stove.

Place your pot or frying pan on the stove.

Allow the water in the pot to dry especially if you just washed it.

Add a little vegetable oil in the hot frying pan.

Allow the oil to hot a little.

Add your chopped tomato.

Allow your tomato to fry for some time while you stir it continuously. 

Add the beaten egg.

Allow it to cook for some time.

How to fry the plantain

Peel the ripe plantain and cut to your desired size.

Heat the oil in a frying pan or pot.

When the oil is clear and you can not hear any sound, put in the ripe plantain.

Fry till it's brown.

Remove the plantain from the oil. 

That's it. Enjoy your meal!

How to start a blog with free Blogspot

1. Create a Gmail Account
2. Go to Blogger.com
3. Create blog contents and promote it

Create a Gmail Account

Without a google account you can't create a blogspot blog. Gmail gives you free access to Google's apps like youtube, Google+ etc.

Go to www.google.com
Click on sign in
Click on more options
Click on create account
Fill in the details below

After creating and verifying your account, go to www.blogger.com

 

Click on create your blog
Sign into your gmail account
Search for an available blog name you like and start blogging

Create blog content and promote it

Now that you have created your blog and written your first post, it is now time to promote your content by sharing your posts on any social media platforms you like, but start with google+.

Today would have been the 56 birthday of  Stephen Keshi. Stephen Keshi was head coach of Nigeria national football team from 2011 to 2014. He died on the 7 of June 2016.
